Very good service, apart from the return of the visa.
I specifically asked to be contacted before return to ensure somebody was available to sign for delivery, but they sent it as soon as it was available for return. As nobody was at home, this meant that it was returned to the local PO, and I then had to make a special trip to collect. Such a simple request, but not adhered to.
