Good service, quickly delivered once the processing was done, however the initial processing took a week. We got standard responses suggesting things hadn't been done that had.
The first person receiving the documentation needs to edit the template response to make it specific.
Having said that, after the first couple of days, the few problems that did need resolving were identified addressed quickly by your team.
