The contact was very good - helpful information by phone and email for my rather unusual circumstances. I felt that there was an awareness of my personal case - -not a faceless bureaucracy.
The one thing that did not work so well was a final check on my documents to ensure that a larger passport was issued, which in the end did not happen. Neither rapid visas nor I could identify where the problem lay.
