They were very knowledgeable about the visa application process, answering all my questions in a very timely manner, and the process was very quick.
The constructive feedback I need to offer is: please ensure that hand-delivery and pickup of passports is handled a bit better. As a foreigner, my passport is the key to my entire life in the UK, and I was not confident that my passport had been received by the correct person once handed to the reception desk. On pickup, locating their office was slightly difficult due to lack of signage.
