A very responsive service with rapid and helpful replies. Guided through what is a very laborious and difficult process so everything went smoothly. The visa arrived very promptly and removed much of the stress.
My only problem was I did not receive a receipt for the invoice and had not printed out the costing summary which will make claiming the fees back complicated.
