They were very quick, polite and seems to know what they are doing. They made life easy for me and although there were delays, but it wasn't their fault, it was the Embassy's.
Special praise to Nikoletta who held my hand all the way until I got my passport back.
I'll need another Visa in a couple of months, so I'll be coming back. Are you waiting for me Nikoletta :-)
