I've used Rapid Visa's multiple times over a couple of years. Experience has been superb every time. Now and again there have been a couple of glitches (not due to rapid visas but external stuff like the embassy itself or couriers - and the folks at Rapid Visa's have even been patient enough to help out with these issues. I really only have good things to say, they are professionals, totally efficient and while you generally don't need to communicate much because the guidelines and process is clear and easy - on the off chance that you do need to speak to someone, unlike many companies these days you can actually get hold of a real human to talk through any questions.
