I have to admit I was very apprehensive about using the Rapid-Visas initially being based in Malta. Soon after my first call I knew I had made the right decision. They were extremely professional, followed up on every e-mail within an hour of me sending it, checked my documents, provided templates etc.
Within a couple of days of me sending my documents, I received a call to say that my visa had been granted and that my passport is in the post. I cannot praise Shane and Nikoletta at Rapid-Visas enough for the awesome customer service! Thank you very much!!!
