I would never order from rarewaves again....and you shouldn't either. I ordered a children's book on Nov. 2nd and was to receive no later than Dec. 17th, but it didn't arrive. They proceeded to blame the late delivery on our postal strike, even though that was not the shipping company they used. I contacted them numerous times to cancel and request a refund, they just kept giving me excuses and telling me to be patient. I finally received it mid-January but don't need it (Christmas was over) and now they will not respond to me or give me my refund back. They are the not reliable or trustworthy. Never again. 1 Star is too much for them.
