Quick to take money, with long lead time of 2 months, delivery date arrives with no communication from them, chased and when eventually got through to customer services I was told it would be at least another month. Far too long. Only redeeming feature was they refunded within 5 working days when I complained and cancelled order. Ordered similar product from another company and it arrived within a week. I would avoid Rattan Direct unless you are willing to wait a long time for your delivery and are happy with total lack of communcation from them unless you instigate it.
