6 key issues: 1. The delivery was close on 2 months late 2. The Chatbot is programmed to search for key words, it does not give clear answers 3. Several attempts calling the number advertised went unanswered (tried at different times of the day) 4. The actual delivery, we were told we would receive notification when the items were to be delivered, this did not happen. We were lucky one of us was at home. 5. The delivery driver simply dropped the items onto the footpath totally blocking the path. This was despite the request to place it onto the property. 6. The promised egg chair and covers advertised in the promotion were not included. I have not unwrapped the boxes yet, I hope the quality outweighs the current disappointment. Seriously, get your customer service sorted, my wife bought this as a surprise, had I been looking to do this and seen the reviews, it would not have happened.
