I ordered two sun loungers on 7th May, promised delivery today 26 June. After emails, waiting in a phone queue to be cut off when my turn to speak I feel furious about the way this Company deals with its customers, in the meantime holding their money!! After my efforts told that their supplier will give a new date for delivery or I can have a refund. Goes without saying which option I will go for. Even in these unprecedented times one would expect a bit of Customer Service advising if the items cannot be delivered.
