I ran out of oil at the weekend but only realised Monday night! I placed an express order on line to Rawlings for a 1000 litres, the estimated express deliver was this coming Friday. I spoke with a wonderful young lady on Tuesday morning at 9.30am explaining my dilemma she said leave it with me, and a couple of hours later another call fro Zoe to say she had spoken to her transport manager and I would have a deliver today, 24 hours after my origional order. That to me is good old fashioned customer care, so Rawlings team and especially Zoe thank you so very I am so very grateful to you all.
