Ordered fuel with Watson 2.5 weeks ago and constantly empty promises of next delivery (even lies from manager). As a result we ran out of oil after 2 weeks and stayed with no heating for 5 days with 2 underaged + pregnant woman in the house. Following recommendations contacted Rawlings. They said the soonest available is withing 7 days, but will try and do their best. Lunch time of the same day, full 800l delivered. Trust in business restored. Can't thank and recommend enough.
