On this occaision I can only give you one star. I ordered Friday at 13.05 yet at 18.47 Tuesday evening DPD had not received the consignment (advised only expecting it) I did not pay the next day service as I did not need the item untill today, most suppliers can supply within 3 days, on this ocaision it appears to take 3 days for you to arrange collection for shipment. This not a complaint, I am not a large customer , so please take it as a constructive comment as we have the option to use who ever gives the service The least I would have expected was a Monday shipment. It may turn up today we will have to wait and see Alistair Carroll
