Chris is brilliant. His focus was always on how he could provide a sustainable programme for me to maintain on my own away from sessions. He provided slides with pictures of various exercises to allow me to visit every few weeks and ensure the treatment was affordable. A year on I've just completed my first season in 6 years without missing a single match and can't thank him enough.
