I saw a post on Twitter and decided to ask if I could submit an article on my most recent book, The Girl Who Loved Cayo Bradley. I was delighted by a quick response saying, yes, they’d like an article, but not about that book. I was surprised they were interested in a piece about Lemon Blossoms, a stand-alone novel, also the second book in the Wayfarer Trilogy. The indication here means that they took the time to research me as a writer and to see what books I'd published! So, I hunkered down, read their guidelines and in what seems like no time, I had an acceptance. The gorgeous layout is now published on Author's Lounge! Here is a wonderful platform for writers with experience, but also and, more importantly, for aspiring writers. Register, read the guidelines, and dive in, authors! Never pass up the opportunity to publish with reliable sources. If accepted you win.
