so i've been living in the part of town where i went to college for about 10 years. you would THINK that around a major university, they'd have connectivity issues figured out by now, but not so. all through my neighborhood, i would run into dead zones constantly... which was super annoying. it's not a small city you know? really clutch changed the game for me. the second sim seriously makes such a big difference -- i never drop calls or lose service anymore. i'm not a very techy person but they assigned me a consierge who walked me through everything one on one. i really can't say enough good things about this company. i recommend them all the time. if you're on the fence, definitely give it a try
