I use Realtair Pitch daily. Once the initial property and client data has been entered, I set it to a repeat every 4 months (more or less if you want some other time frame), so that I am constantly giving touch-points to potential sellers in addition to other marketing.
The templates are adaptable to however you want, and the setup is simple, then send via SMS or copy the link into a personalized email.
