Ordered some tiles which look great. But we ordered too many tiles so took advantage of the 'no quibble' return policy. Extra tiles were collected on 8th November, but we haven't been refunded and can't contact anyone at the Company either via phone or email. For this reason a potential 4 star review is reduced to 1 star.
