I wanted to end my life the day my son revealed to me that the man I was chatting with, and heeded his advice to invest in a Cryptocurrency investment platform which I foolishly did was a scammer. My jaw dropped, I could remember my sleepless nights crying because I thought I would be rich and at the same time find a soulmate. It took me a few days just to calculate how much I had sent him and also invested in the platform, it was a total of 351,000.00 Euro in Bitcoin. I honestly didn't see the red flags even when it was all on my face. Anytime I try to initiate a video call with him, he gets angry and promises never to talk to me anymore.
