Would be 0 star if possible. Order a large number of albums on the 23rd November 2023 with next day delivery. After 5 days I sent an email after receiving no further update on planned delivery. 5 days later I still haven't received an email from them.
With no further response it will be a case of contacting the company directors with emails/letters from contact details via Companies House with equally a letter to the BBC's consumer program, "Rip Off Britain" to investigate.
