Ignored emails for two weeks about cancelling an order and then finally emailed to say sorry you should have contacted us earlier and we will not be cancelling the order.
Customer service staff are not interested in the fact i emailed to cancel minutes after placing the order as they have requested via their website and they are the ones at fault.
Very shocking company and would advise to not use them if you expect any customer service.
