Shocking experience at renewal due to:
Massive price increase for no real reason;
They took the renewal premium well in advance of the cover start date;
When I cancelled (again, well before the cover start date) they refunded the premium but charged nearly £10 cancellation fee.
Avoid!
Note: no idea what the service is like, never had to use it
