Exemplary customer service. I placed a bespoke order where Chris was in touch to confirm measurements. When my order arrived I realised a mistake had been made by myself after contacting Chris who helped me resolve the issue. The bed arrived extremely quickly and with great understanding and I now have a very happy spaniel. Communication was excellent - they are truly the best of British!
