I purchased early March and was supposed to receive my item before the end of March but received nothing. I reached out to the company multiple times but received no response and the online chat function does not work. There is also no phone number to call and the address is "not their physical address." I requested a refund through PayPal and they reached out to the company via email 3 times over the course of a week and received no response so my money was refunded through PayPal.
