I placed an order via telephone, with excellent customer service. The fly rug was delivered the following day! Unfortunately it was not suitable for Tilly and was returned via their Royal Mail system. The staff member at Redpost was extremely helpful guiding me through the process, although the instructions for returns were simple, but being unfamiliar with modern processes, I needed navigation. I will certainly use Redpost in the future due to their efficiency. Highly recommend.
