Reeclaim is such a great service. It takes away the hassle of having to go through TFL's somewhat long winded and tedious claim process.
It's also great as you're often delayed on a service without even realising it so this is a double advantage and it's always a nice surprise to get an e-mail from TfL confirming that a refund claim was successful.
