After signing up you don't have to do anything else in order to get refunds. This works perfectly for me as I always have some sort of delay each week. With Reeclaim I don't have to worry about raising requests on the TFL website as they take care of it. So far in the past two months I have been using it I have been refunded a single fare 11 times! It's nice to get something back with the amount we pay for an unreliable travel network in the UK.
