Fantastic!! It has made getting refunds back so easy. Set up literally takes 2 mins and after that I know longer have to try and remember details for refund claims or do the refund application myself it does it all for me. Even for journeys I had no idea were delayed. Everyone who is in London and uses the tube should be using this! I've had so much back in the last quarter just from signing up. It's brilliant.
