It's brilliant knowing that whenever I endure a delay, a claim will be made automatically for me.
In the past I have had to call tfl customer services when a claim didn't go through for "technical reasons" and am sure I was fobbed off.
Also I've no idea these days on what is a claimable delay and to be honest just stopped bothering about claiming, actually gave up as it was such a hassle.
Reeclaim have happily taken all that frustration and loss away from me and I now look forward to delays and a sweet email telling me I've been refunded.
