This is the most useful website I've have ever used. It actually saves you money without any hassle. I already had an Oyster online account, took me less than 1 minute to link that account with ReEclaim.
All I had to do next was waiting and the website worked out the delayed journey by itself and deal with TFL for the refund automatically. I couldn't imagine how easy it was until I receive the email confirmation from TFL about my refund being processed.
If you have to commute in London everyday, you have to use ReEclaim! Simple as that!
