I don't know why I didn't join sooner.
Only been a member for approx 6 weeks or so and without having to do anything further apart from signing up with Reeclaim, I've already received over £30 of web credit.
God knows how much I've lost out on over the years or indeed how much I will now get back in refunds, when the service sucks. I use several lines for my business so chances of some delay on one line or another are increased, but now the frustration isn't there knowing a claim will be made automatically for me.
