I recently signed up to the site, which was a very easy process, and they already successfully claimed a refund for a past journey from a few weeks ago. I didn't realise they'd check past delays going back to when it's still possible to claim, so that was an unexpected bonus, and indicative of the high level service they obviously provide. I'm very happy I found out about this great site.
