Firstly, you exist. Secondly, your website is easy to use and registering was extremely simple. Lastly, I received 2 refund notifications within 2 days of signing up. These were for journeys that I had completed earlier on in the week, totalling £8. I never would have bothered to manually fill out claims requests. Thank you!!!
