So far worked perfectly, I get an email 1-2 days after a delayed journey telling me 'my' application was successful. After a few I go into TfL site and get the money back into my bank account. I wondered how they made their money but they have addressed this here: https://www.reeclaim.co.uk/free. A great service and I hope TfL don't get it shut down any time soon.
