One word ‘amazing’. I find myself less annoyed now when delays occur. I recall the last delay, ordinarily I’d be slightly frustrated but I said to myself ‘you’re not going to get away with this Tfl reeclaim have your number’ and a few days later I had my revenge with I nice refund with no effort whatsoever on my part, So thank you Tfl for the inconvenience and free journey, I got to finish my book. I look forward to your next delay.
