Excellent service, saving you money without you even knowing! There have been journeys I didn't know were classed as delayed, which have been refunded to me thanks to this service - and it's a lot less hassle when you know your journey is delayed, where the service automatically refunds you. I can't recommend you giving this service a shot enough if you use TfL for your public journeys.
