This is really a very useful service. My local train service has recently undertaken a calamitous schedule upgrade with frequent cancellations. The process for reclaiming for delays is (I feel) deliberately designed to deter efforts and so this service is a must have for any disgruntled passenger. Easy to set up and administer. Highly reccomended
