There should be 1 more star for Reeclaim. It should be excellent. I have been travelling with TFL for 18 years now. Gone through minor delays to extreme delays and cancellations. Never though about claiming or new about claiming. Read about Reeclaim on MSM site. Supplied my TFL login details a d since then I have had so many refunds. I advice every person who travels on TFL network should have a Reeclaim account registered. Good job guys. Most important thing is "Its free"
