So glad I heard about this service. It took about 2 minutes to sign up and now they claim back all my delayed journey fares for me within a couple of days without me having to do a thing. They also update you by email each time a refund is claimed so I don't have to check my TFL account all the time. Would recommend to anyone who travels on the Tube or TFL rail.
