Fantastic, I no longer have to remember to submit a claim to TFL the day after a delay occurs (so many people forget to do it with the time lag I’m sure). Checked my TFL webcredit balance yesterday and got a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend Reeclaim to any regular commuters especially if you use the tube
