Train Reeclaim is wonderful... before it was a pain and a chore having firstly to make a special claim every time there was a delay (quite regular for the Piccadilly Line!) and then actually just remembering to do it. All the pain has been taken away by Reeclaim, and now when I'm delayed it makes it all a bit more easy to stomach. I'm very happy I signed up!
