This website is amazing!!
I've always had issues with trains being late but I always thought it would be too confusing to try and submit a reclaim form on the TfL website so I never did.
With this website you just need to add your oyster card and it automatically submits the reclaim for you so you don't have to do anything. I've signed up maybe 2 months ago and I've already made back around £100 which I think is just brilliant.
I really can't fault it.
