I just got my first refund from Train Reeclaim. The process was so easy and I didn't even realise I was delayed. Simply an email from TFL saying I got my refund and confirmation from Train Reeclaim. Awesome concept and great product. Anyone hasn't already and uses public transport, sign up now and save yourself some money.
