I read about this website whilst travelling on the tube and reading the advert in the paper. I thought I'd register as I use the tube daily to and from work and every time I have had a train delayed it has taken me ages to try and sort out a refund and half the time I give up. I only registered this morning for the Reeclaim site and I've already been compensated for 2 journeys. This is great as it takes away the hard work from me. I strongly recommend everyone signs up to this great site.
