I was skeptical of how this service would actually work, and how well it would perform - but so far, I've reclaimed a number of journeys (some that I actively remember grumbling to myself about how slow/delayed it was, and more that I had no idea were running late) - it's very efficient, you don't really need to think about it once you've signed up - save for when you get a TFL Refund successful (or refused - although those have only happened a couple of times) email. It's better than the night-tube on a Friday night!
