It was difficult to believe it could be so efficient. You just sit and do nothing and every delay is reclaimed on your behalf! I got money back even for the journeys that i wasn't aware were delays (as there are always delays so one just loses a track of what is the normal journey time :) )
Within a month i got £15 back without moving my finger ( I'm on district line, don't expect so much on other lines :) )
