Reeclaim is an excellent service and I would happily recommend to anyone who travels in London, even if it's not regularly. I had never bothered to apply for TFL refunds before as it didn't seem worth the effort and I was never sure what the criteria was. Now Reeclaim does it all for me for free and I don't have to think about it. It's lovely to get an email telling you that you'll be refunded when it hadn't even been on your mind.
