Awesome. I spend money for a sub par service i.e. TFL Underground and Overground services.
It's amazing how many times I've been given a full journey refund for claims I didn't even realise I was eligible to make.
With the amount of delays caused by TFL, in 1 calendar year you can expect to make optimistically 1/5 back on your annual travel costs.
Worth switching to PAYG fares as I think this works best
